After working all day I elicited help in the kitchen. Last weekend I picked up 3 beautiful Coho salmon steaks that were begging to be cooked up. My oldest daughter, F., agreed to take a shot at it. I walked past her a few times as she made gross faces at the slimy salmon. In the end, F. created the BEST salmon I have ever had in my life. Here's her recipe:
Ingredients:
melted butter
ground mustard
salt
garlic powder
onion powder
Slap Yo Mama
chili powder
pepper
Garnish with:
parsley
thyme
dill leaves
